Sales Order
- A 50% down payment is required to place a furniture order.
- All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- For special order items, a specific delivery date CANNOT be guaranteed and is estimated only.
- A 20% restocking fee may be applied to cancelled orders.
- 90-day layaway is available with a down payment and monthly payments.
Delivery Program
If you are not available at the scheduled delivery time, an additional delivery charge will be applied.
- Deliveries are scheduled within a 4-hour window: 9am–1pm or 1–5pm.
- Please clear existing furniture from the area where new furniture will be placed.
- To protect your floors, place a sheet or similar covering along the delivery path.
- Remove wall hangings and plants from the delivery path.
- Furniture Barn is not responsible for damage to walls, stairways, or doors if furniture must be carried through tight hallways, stairways, or doorways.
- The customer is responsible for moving any existing furniture.
Customer Pick-Ups
- Advanced notice is required for all customer pick-ups.
- Please bring your own ties and wrapping materials. Assistance may be required to load your furniture.
